Ravindra Gajendragadkar is a founder Director of PMSoft Consultancy Pvt. Ltd, Pune. He is a principal consultant and one of the very few approved trainers in the world in Managing Successful Programs (MSP®)
He has an extensive 30 yrs. of Portfolio, Program and Project Management Experience in India and abroad of which 10 years in Education and Consulting experience in Infrastructure, Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Shipping and Wind Energy Projects.
In last 10 years he has imparted knowledge to more than 8000 professionals in various areas of Portfolio, Program and Project management of which approx. 3000 managers for PMP® Certification alone.
As a Principle consultant he has successfully brought about transformational changes in a pharmaceutical company, a Telecom organization and a multinational shipping organization.
He captures his learning and brings his experiences from the core philosophies of great scriptures which make him a renowned speaker and facilitator. He has conducted many open house conferences and in-house seminars in a variety of topics related to industries like IT, Pharmaceutical, Shipping, Finance, Insurance and Engineering in India, USA, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Philippines and China.
